Product Overview
This product is made from ripe Australian mangoes that have been de cheeked and inspected to remove immature or overripe units and any extraneous foreign matter. The mangoes are then peeled, sliced, and inspected to remove blemished or damaged fruit, and then dried. After drying the fruit is further inspected and then packaged. Colour Overall the colour shall range from yellow to deep orange. Texture The texture shall be sufficiently firm such that they are identifiable as mango pieces. Product Country of Origin All mangoes sourced are from Australian producers only. As such the dried product is stated as being wholly grown and produced as an Australian product.
