How it works

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), these common menopausal symptoms are often characterised by an excess of Heat (as occurs in hot flushes and night sweats) and/or dryness (for example as it affects the vaginal tissue or skin), suggesting an underlying deficiency of Yin (female energy) relative to Yang (male energy).
Fusion® Menopause Free™ is a strongly cooling formula that’s been specially formulated with Chinese herbs traditionally used to nourish Yin and address overheating and dryness, bringing relief to women suffering from hot flushes, night sweats, disturbed sleep and/or dryness of the skin and vaginal tissue.
Its ingredients include Pueraria (a natural source of phytoestrogens), Phellodendron (a very cooling herb that drains Heat and is traditionally considered particularly beneficial for menopausal women with Yin deficiency), Anemarrhena (which nourishes Yin and also has cooling properties) and Dong Quai (traditionally used to invigorate and nourish the Blood).

The Western herb Vitex (Chaste Tree) is also present in this formula as it is traditionally used to help maintain a regular menstrual cycle.
Note: As a Yin-Yang-balancing formula, Fusion® Menopause Free™ is most suitable for women whose symptoms are predominantly indicative of Yin deficiency (e.g. intense hot flushes, vaginal dryness and other hot and dry symptoms). If your symptoms are more indicative of Yang deficiency (e.g. moodiness, sleeplessness, sexual disinterest), consider taking Fusion® Menopause instead.
