HANDY TIPS
DIFFUSE: Use 3-5 drops in a Lively Living diffuser of your choice
TOPICALLY: Mix 1 drop of oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists & back of neck.
QUICK BURST: Add 1-2 drops on the palm of your hand, rub together and cover the nose/mouth and enhale.
BATH: add 2-3 drops in a carrier oil, or bath salts to create a relaxing atmosphere whilst nourishing your skin
