Melrose Organic Avocado Oil is cold-pressed from the flesh of the avocado fruit. Like olive oil, avocado oil has high levels of antioxidants and beneficial fats, making it a healthy all-round cooking oil.

Best used as a dressing and for general cooking. Melrose Organic Avocado Oil is light in colour with a buttery consistency and subtle avocado flavour.
When to use this oil? Drizzle over salads, cooking at medium temperatures and to use as a finishing oil.
Smoke point - medium. Can be heated to approximately 200°C.
